SHIPPING

The section below is to assist buyers with any queries regarding shipping:

1) I will post items every day Monday to Friday. In the worst case items will be posted within 3 working days to cover for unforeseen circumstances.

2) I am happy to post most items overseas. I do offer a postage discount for multiple purchases. Just ask for accurate details.

3) The vast majority of my items are posted via the UK postal carrier Royal Mail. Quoted delivery times are fairly accurate however occasionally delays can occur due to either bad weather, delays at Customs or postal disputes either inside or outside the UK. Full details can normally be obtained from the Royal Mail Website.

4) I always use quality packaging materials and please remember my postage costs quoted include these and I never intentionally profit from postage.

5) In the unlikely event items do go missing in the post I always raise a claim with Royal Mail as this allows Royal Mail to build up a picture of any problem areas.

6) Fortunately these are the exception and in most cases items are received when expected however occasionally items can take longer than expected to arrive.

7) I am always happy for items to be collected to save postage however this has to be by arrangement. Please do not turn up without agreeing a time first as due to the large amount of stock we have most of our stock is not stored at home.

I have become increasingly frustrated when disputes are raised without contacting me first as this is unfair. If you read my feedback I would hope this shows I am 100% genuine and do strive to provide an excellent level of service.

I will send packages by Royal Mail. Cost is calculated by weight and dimensions.
